Location: East London
Hours: Wednesday – Friday 08.00-16.00
Rates: £34 per hour
To be considered for this role you need a minimum of 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years.
Job Description:
Are you an experienced community nurse looking for an agency role in the East London area? We’re working with an outstanding NHS Trust to recruit an individual to work as a band 7 team lead in a triage and assessment team on a part time role. Successful candidates will need:
- Full NMC registration
- Enhanced DBS Child and Adult
- Community Nursing Experience
You will also need to hold the following skills:
- Initial assessment skills
- Safeguarding form
- Patient centered care plans
- IV administration
- Insulin administration
- IM injections
- Complex wounds
- Pressure ulcer
- wound care
- leg ulcer
- Lymphodema
- Doppler
- Datix
- Good IT skills
