Job description:
Athona’s Nursing division is currently recruiting for agency Health Visitors with an opportunity based in Barking. You will be working Monday to Friday 9-5pm as a Band 6 Health Visitor for an NHS Trust. The role will be positioned in the Child and Family Centre Barking.
The position requires you to have Health Visitor qualification with experience using RiO. You will be responsible for providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families. Supporting safeguarding, attending CP conferences, core groups, early help and mentoring, home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus
The role will be commencing on the ASAP for at least 3 months. The hours of work for this role are Monday – Friday 9-5pm.
To be considered for this post applicants will need:
- Full NMC registration
- Enhanced DBS
- Health Visitor qualification
- Car driver
